Job Responsibilities
- Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements and design elements contained in a
system specification - Analyze software requirements, defines solution parameters and specifications
- Provide training for knowledge transfer and capacity building of PPA MIS Officers and end users.
- Conduct formal workshops with the client to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business
environment in defining the customer’s needs - Engage in the high level planning and implementation methodology of the project.
- Lead the function design process.
- Facilitate design workshops.
- Negotiate and manage functional scope to reduce business and technical risks.
- Develop process diagrams for finance and accounting processes using industry standard tools.
- Assist software developers with the creation of detailed software design specifications.
- Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule.
- Develop test cases and test manuals.
- Carry out unit testing, integration testing and UAT.
- Apply professional mastery and industry-wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to
develop solutions. - Manage situations during the implementation process with the customer
- Develop high-quality presentations to explain business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE)
- Develop error-free master data (asset master, customer master, vendor master, etc.) in an organized way to
upload on the software system. - Assist store department officers in period closing activities and address promptly any teething issues.
- Make sure the integration/implementation process goes smoothly from start to finish.
- Collaborate with implementation experts in solving problems.
- Analyze existing laws, regulations policies and processes and develop SOP accordingly to support business
Operations
Experience, Expertise and Educational Requirement
- Bachelor in Mechanical/IPE/BBA/MBA/SCM or Equivalent.
- Must have 2 projects implementation experience as SCM Analyst; Project Name, Duration, Client Name,
Role & Responsibilities in the project must be mentioned in the CV under “Work Undertaken That Best
Illustrates Your Capability To Handle This Assignment”. - In depth knowledge of functional domains such as: Warehouse order creation, Wave Management, Advanced Yard Management, Advance Labor Management, Deconsolidation, Rearrangement,
Internal Routing, Put away strategies, Removal strategies, Storage Unit Management, Advanced
replenishment, Warehouse Monitor, Goods Receipt Optimization, Easy Graphics
Framework for creating Dashboards, RFID integration, Automatic stock adjustment, Parcel Manifest, Slotting,
Dock Schedule, demand forecasting, cycle inventory, safety inventory, 3PL, 4PL, models of transportation
and their performance characteristics, models for facility locations and capacity allocation, public procurement
regulations and others. - Should be able to review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution.
- Should be able to conduct trainings for clients.
- Requires Software Development Lifecycle experience.
- Business Process Modeling Software packages: SmartDraw, MS Visio, Figma, etc.
- Advance level skill on MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Compensation & Benefits
- Employment Type: Contractual (1 year); Renewable annually based on performance and fund availability.
- Remuneration: Negotiable
- Festival Bonus: 2 (100% of Basic Salary) (length of service at least 6-month on the job to be eligible)
