Key Responsibilities:
Payroll:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records
- Coordinate with Accounts/IT for salary disbursement and compliance
- Resolve employee payroll queries with confidentiality and efficiency
Recruitment (Call Center Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Call Center/Operations roles
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Organize walk-ins, job fairs, and internal drives
- Coordinate with line managers for manpower planning
General HR Operations:
- Maintain updated employee records and documents
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and assist in onboarding
- Support admin tasks and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HRM, Business, or relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll & bulk hiring
- Good command of MS Excel and HR software
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is a plus
