Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:

Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Maintain and regularly update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.

Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Monitor attendance, leave management, and prepare HR-related reports.

Support payroll processing by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave data.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.

Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.

Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure positive workplace culture.
Administration:

Supervise daily office operations, logistics, and facility management.

Manage procurement of office supplies.

Ensure office environment is safe, clean, and fully functional.

Maintain proper documentation, correspondences, and filing systems.
-
Support management in administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
-
Minimum Graduate in Human Resources or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin functions (experience in both areas preferred).

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and compliance.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

- Dhaka (Kawran Bazar)
- For work purpose he/she will report to Uttara Head-office occasionally
- Working Day: 05 days weekly
