Jr. Executive- HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files.

  • Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and prepare HR-related reports.

  • Support payroll processing by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave data.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure positive workplace culture.

Administration:

  • Supervise daily office operations, logistics, and facility management.

  • Manage procurement of office supplies.

  • Ensure office environment is safe, clean, and fully functional.

  • Maintain proper documentation, correspondences, and filing systems.

  • Support management in administrative and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin functions (experience in both areas preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and compliance.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Dhaka (Kawran Bazar)
  • For work purpose he/she will report to Uttara Head-office occasionally
  • Working Day: 05 days weekly
