Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Odoo modules and features based on business needs.
- Customize existing Odoo modules and integrate third-party applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code within the Odoo framework.
- Optimize Odoo performance and troubleshoot issues across different modules.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews to junior developers.
- Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline for Odoo deployments.
- Stay updated on Odoo’s new features, releases, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and migration.
- Knowledge of Odoo workflows, security rules, and access control lists (ACLs).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services for integration.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
