Jr. Executive/Executive HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records
  • Coordinate with Accounts/IT for salary disbursement and compliance
  • Resolve employee payroll queries with confidentiality and efficiency

Recruitment (Call Center Focus):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Call Center/Operations roles
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Organize walk-ins, job fairs, and internal drives
  • Coordinate with line managers for manpower planning

General HR Operations:

  • Maintain updated employee records and documents
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and assist in onboarding
  • Support admin tasks and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in HRM, Business, or relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll & bulk hiring
  • Good command of MS Excel and HR software
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience in a BPO/Call Center environment is a plus

  • Working Day: 05 days weekly.
